Article 1 - All purchase implies that the buyer accepts our sales conditions.

Article 2 - An order is considered as a sales contract in accordance with the laws of sale online.

Article 3 - The price indicated in euros includes all taxes.
Delivery charges (please look at the Art 4 and 8)
Other taxes outside of the EEC are by paid by the buyer.

Article-4 - Delivery charges include various costs : postal, special packaging, insurance, handling. These are to be borne by the buyer.
Art-castillon shall try to offer you it's best service. If, however, due to some reason, you are not satisfed, please contact us as soon as possible in order for us to find a solution. In the case of a return of merchandise (within a period of 7 days maximum) , please await our confirmation by post. The full costs of return of goods will be paid by the client in its original condition, i.e.undamaged. The cost for return of goods, in all circumstances will be borne by the client. On reception of the goods, Art-Castillon will refund the money within eight days, ans the cost of initial delivery will be deducted.

Article 5 - The law n°80-335 of May 12th 1980 stipulates that tranfer of ownership can only take place after entire payment of goods.

Article 6 - The photographs in the catalogue are indicatory and not contractual.

Article 7 - A detailed bill is establisched for each order.

Article 8 - The transport of goods are at the risk of the client. Rate:

Article 9 - On reception of goods, the client will sign a receipt with registered acknowledgement due. In case of absence,the client is notified by the Poste Office or Fedex. The client can thus collect the package from the Post or Fedex Office within fifteen days. The buyer must check the goods in presence of the delivery service. In case the buyer is not satisfied, he must follow the colissimo proceduer (which implies a certificate statement for damages observed) and refuse the goods. He should immediatly establish a certified report at the Post Office (from 170) and contact Art-Castillon as soon as possible to inform them of the damages.
